摘要
为解决王庄矿洗煤厂传统选煤浮选药剂效率低、选择性差等问题,探究新型浮选药剂在洗煤厂的应用效果。通过小浮选实验及工业试验,对比分析新型药剂与传统药剂在不同条件下的浮选指标。结果表明,新型浮选药剂可显著提高精煤产率,降低精煤灰分,优化浮选时间与药剂用量,提升分选效率,在降低生产成本、减少环境污染方面效果显著。
In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and poor selectivity of traditional coal flotation reagents in Wangzhuang Coal Preparation Plant,the application effect of new flotation reagents in coal preparation plant was explored.Through small flotation experiments and industrial tests,the flotation indexes of new reagents and traditional reagents under different conditions were compared and analyzed.The results show that the new flotation reagent can significantly improve the yield of clean coal,reduce the ash content of clean coal,optimize the flotation time and reagent dosage,improve the separation efficiency,reduce the production cost and reduce the environmental pollution.
