综采煤层多工作面开采地表沉降研究

摘要 为研究综采煤层多工作面开采对地表沉降的影响,采用理论分析、数值模拟相结合的方法,对羊东矿2煤3个工作面开采导致的地表沉降情况进行研究。结果表明,通过理论计算得出地表最大下沉值为2.58 m,最大水平位移值为0.65 m;通过数值模拟得出,开采过程出现明显的“三带”分布,采空区上方覆岩应力卸压,煤柱出现应力集中,8268工作面和8476工作面开采后覆岩垮落状况独立分布,8468工作面扰动后,8268工作面和8476工作面上方覆岩同时垮落;8268工作面和8476工作面地表最大下沉值0.58 m,最大水平位移值0.12m,开采8468工作面地表最大下沉值为2.95 m,最大水平位移值为0.35 m。研究结果可为后续开采对地表的扰动情况进行理论指导。 In order to study the influence of multi-face mining on surface subsidence in fully mechanized coal seam,the surface subsidence caused by the mining of three working faces of No.2 coal seam in Yangdong Mine was studied by means of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.The results showed that the maximum surface subsidence value was 2.58 m and the maximum horizontal displacement value was 0.65 m.Through numerical simulation,it was concluded that there were obvious'three zones'distribution in the mining process.The stress of overlying strata above the goaf was relieved,and the stress concentration occurred in the coal pillar.After the mining of No.8268 Face and No.8476 Face,the caving condition of overlying strata was independently distributed.After the disturbance of No.8468 Face,the overlying strata above No.8268 Face and No.8476 Face collapsed at the same time.The maximum surface subsidence value of No.8268 Face and No.8476 Face was 0.58 m,and the maximum horizontal displacement value was 0.12 m.When mining No.8468 Face,the maximum surface subsidence value was 2.95 m,and the maximum horizontal displacement value was 0.35 m.The research results could provide theoretical guidance for the disturbance of subsequent mining to the surface.
