超长工作面过大断面空巷技术研究与应用

摘要 部分矿井的煤层中存在错综复杂的废弃巷道,工作面回采过程中支架不接顶,容易发生冒顶事故,影响安全生产。以母杜柴登煤矿30207工作面为工程背景,开展了高水材料墩柱过空巷技术的研究。建立工作面过空巷顶板的力学模型,进行受力分析,得出过空巷期间支架的临界工作阻力,分析技术难点。提出了停采等压、高水材料墩柱和支架工作阻力保障等措施。应用表明,过空巷期间,巷道顶板稳定,工作面未发生大面积片冒,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。 There are intricate abandoned roadways in some coal seams of mines,and the supports do not connect to the roof during the mining process,which can easily lead to roof collapse accidents and affect safety production.Based on No.30207 Face of the Muduchaideng Mine,research was conducted on the technology of using high water material pillars to pass through empty roadways.A mechanical model of the roof of the working face passing through the goaf was established,and the stress analysis was carried out to obtain the critical working resistance of the support during the passage through the goaf,and the technical difficulties were analyzed.Measures such as stopping mining and ensuring the working resistance of high water material piers,columns,and supports were proposed.The application showed that during the passage of empty tunnels,the roof of the tunnel was stable,and there was no large-scale collapse of the working face,achieving significant economic and social benefits.
