摘要
为了解决特坚硬顶板采空区难以冒落、大面积悬顶问题,采用坚硬顶板超前爆破弱化技术,确保工作面安全开采。根据测试的顶板岩性参数和岩体爆破理论,计算出爆破裂隙区半径;采用有限元软件ANSYS-LS/DYNA,拟合出VonMises应力峰值与岩石动态抗压强度关系,确定了炮孔间排距,设计了AB料封孔工艺,缩短了爆破等待时间,计算出最大封孔长度,推导出最小封孔长度计算式。基于此,设计了新集一矿360606工作面风巷、机巷炮孔参数,将工作面周期来压步距控制在15.8 m左右,工作面回采期间没有出现大面积悬顶现象,炮孔无冲孔,爆破效果良好。
In order to address the difficulties in roof caving and large-scale hanging roof in areas with particularly hard roof strata during mining operations,advanced blasting techniques were employed to weaken the strata,ensuring safe extraction in the work area.Based on the tested parameters of the roof strata and rock blasting theory,the radius of the blasting fracture zone was calculated.Using the finite element software ANSYS-LS/DYNA,the relationship between the Von Mises stress peak and the dynamic compressive strength of the rock was determined,and the spacing between blastholes was established.Additionally,an AB material plugging technique was designed to simplify the plugging process,significantly reducing the blasting waiting time.The maximum plugging length was calculated,and a formula for the minimum plugging length was derived.Based on this,blasthole parameters for No.360606 Face ventilation and access tunnels were designed,maintaining a periodic step distance of about 15.8 meters during the excavation period,effectively preventing hanging roof occurrences and ensuring excellent blasting results with no misfires.
