新疆西天山深埋隧道热害预测评价

Evaluation on the Thermal Damage Prediction of the Deeply Buried Tunnel in the West Tianshan of Xinjiang

摘要 为研究西天山地区长大深埋隧道工程中的高地温热害问题,以G219线新疆昭苏至温宿段西天山深埋隧道为研究对象,通过区域地热地质条件分析,结合ANSYS有限元模拟计算软件中的Thermal模块进行隧道温度场模拟研究,对隧道高温热害区段进行预测评价。结果显示:1)西天山地区最大地温梯度约为2.4℃/100 m;2)隧址区地温分布与隧道埋深存在正相关关系,一般埋深越大,温度越高,但在断层区域由于断裂构造的导热作用存在温度异常的现象;3)西天山隧道洞身最高温度43.52℃,存在高地温热害问题,Ⅲ级以上热害段落约3390 m,约占隧道总长的21.6%。 In order to study the problem of high ground temperature heat damage in west Tianshan deepburied long tunnel projects,this paper takes the west Tianshan deep-buried tunnel in the Zhaosu to Wensu section of the G219 line in Xinjiang as the research object.By analyzing the regional geothermal geological conditions and using the Thermal module in ANSYS finite element simulation software,the high-temperature heat hazard section of the tunnel is predicted and evaluated.The results indicate that:1)The maximum ground temperature gradient in the west Tianshan area is about 2.4℃/100 m;2)There is a positive correlation between the ground temperature distribution in the tunnel area and the tunnel burial depth.Generally,the greater the burial depth,the higher the temperature,but there is abnormal temperature phenomenon in the fault area,due to the heat conduction effect of the fault structure;3)The highest temperature of the west Tianshan tunnel is 43.52℃,which will encounter with high ground temperature heat damage.The heat hazard section above Grade Ⅲ is about 3390 m long,accounting for 21.6% of the total length of the tunnel.
