热风脉冲阀故障分析及技术改造

摘要 鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈钢铁分公司热轧1580加热炉热风系统烧嘴前热风脉冲阀由于气缸选型小、阀杆细,存在“小马拉大车”现象,且阀杆在管状支撑架内部不易观察,故障时极难发现,从而导致煤气浪费、钢坯加热不均和生产效率低下。针对热风脉冲阀存在问题,进行了深入的技术分析,并基于此提出了一系列的改造措施。这些措施旨在提高热风脉冲阀的耐用性、维护便利性、效率和环保性能。 There is phenomenon of“a small force moving a heavy load”in the hot blast pulse valve in front of the burner of the hot blast system for 1580 mm hot rolling heating furnace in Bayuquan Iron and Steel Branch Company of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.due to small cylinder selection and thin valve stem,and the valve stem is not easy to be observed inside the tubular support frame,so it is very difficult to find the fault,resulting in waste of gas,uneven billet heating and low production efficiency.In view of the problems existing in the hot air pulse valve,this paper makes an in-depth technical analysis,and puts forward a series of transformation measures based on this.These measures are aimed at improving the durability,maintenance convenience,efficiency and environmental performance of the hot air pulse valve.
