摘要
重大交通工程作为基础设施建设的重要组成部分,在促进经济发展、改善公共出行等方面发挥着重要作用。但由于其涉及面广、投资巨大、影响深远等特点,容易引发复杂多变的舆情。剖析了重大交通工程舆情管理的复杂性、价值性和时效性等特点,探讨了重大交通工程正面舆情引导关键点和负面舆情诱发点等舆情管理要点,从舆情监测分析、舆情风险预警、舆情风险应对策略等方面提出了重大交通工程舆情风险应对机制,从而全面地构建了重大交通工程舆情管理体系,可为重大交通工程相关管理者有效地开展舆情管理提供理论指导。
Mega transportation projects,as a crucial component of infrastructure development,played a vital role in promoting economic growth and improving public transportation,among other aspects.However,due to their wide coverage,significant investment,and profound impact,they were prone to triggering complex and variable public opinions.This analysis delves into the complexity,value and timeliness of public opinion management for Major transportation projects,discussing key points for guiding positive public sentiment and triggers for negative public opinions.It proposes a mechanism for responding to the public opinion risks of Major transportation projects,based on public opinion monitoring and analysis,risk assessment and early warning,and strategies for handling negative public sentiment.This establishes a comprehensive public opinion management system for Major transportation projects,offering theoretical guidance for managers involved in these projects to effectively manage public opinion.
