摘要
为对比常用实蝇引诱剂对橘小实蝇雌雄成虫的诱杀效果,2023年7—12月,在云南省昭通市守望乡水井湾村梨园和苹果园中比较了5种雌雄双诱引诱剂对橘小实蝇的引诱效果,以期为果园橘小实蝇种群监测和绿色防控提供理论依据。结果表明:9月中旬至11月上旬为梨园橘小实蝇种群发生高峰期,持续时间约55 d;9月上旬至11月中旬为苹果园橘小实蝇种群发生高峰期,持续时间约75 d。在不同果园不同引诱剂对橘小实蝇的诱杀效果有明显差异,其中实蝇浓饵剂对梨园橘小实蝇的诱杀效果最好,试验期间共诱杀雌虫达(689.00±162.61)头/诱捕装置,雌雄比例高(19.139),其次为广谱型实蝇双性饵剂和实蝇食诱剂,实蝇食诱剂诱杀的橘小实蝇雄虫数量达(261.33±56.81)头/诱捕装置,显著高于其他4种引诱剂,但雌雄比例极低(0.064)。在苹果园,广谱型实蝇双性饵剂和实蝇浓饵剂的诱杀效果最好,试验期间共诱杀雌虫分别达(115.33±39.86)头/诱捕装置和(102.67±28.67)头/诱捕装置,雌雄比例分别为9.351和9.935,实蝇食诱剂诱杀的橘小实蝇雄虫数量达(272.33±32.98)头/诱捕装置,显著高于其他4种引诱剂,但雌雄比例极低(0.064)。综上,实蝇浓饵剂、广谱型实蝇双性饵剂和实蝇食诱剂对橘小实蝇的诱杀效果最好,在生产中可推广应用,尤其在采收完成前,可有效减少果园橘小实蝇的种群数量;而广谱物理实蝇饵剂和实蝇双性引诱剂对橘小实蝇的诱杀效果较差。
In order to compare the trapping effects of common attractants on male and female adults of Bactrocera dorsalis,the attractive effects of five male and female dual attractants on B.dorsalis were compared in pear and apple orchards in Shuijingwan Village,Shouwang Township,Zhaotong City,Yunnan Province from July to December 2023,with a view to provide theoretical basis for population monitoring and green prevention and control of B.dorsalis in orchards.The results indicated that the peak period of B.dorsalis population in pear orchard was from mid-September to early November for the duration of about 55 days.The peak period of B.dorsalis population in apple orchard was from early September to mid-November with a duration of about 75 days.The trapping effects of different attractants on B.dorsalis in different orchards were significantly different.The concentrated fruit fly baits had the best trapping effect on B.dorsalis in pear orchards,trapped 689.00±162.6 females per trap and a high ratio of male and female(19.139),followed by broad-spectrum bisexual fruit fly bait and fruit fly food bait.The number of males trapped by fruit fly food bait was 261.33 per trap,which was significantly higher than that of the other four attractants,but the ratio of male and female was very low(0.064).In apple orchards,the broad-spectrum bisexual fruit fly bait and concentrated fruit fly baits had the best trapping effect,with the number of females trapped reaching 115.33 heads/trap and 102.67 heads/trap,respectively,and the ratio of male and female reaching 9.351 and 9.935,respectively.The number of males trapped by the fruit fly bait was 272.33 heads/trap,which was significantly higher than that of the other four attractants,but the ratio of male and female was extremely low(0.064).The research concluded that the concentrated fruit fly baits,broad-spectrum bisexual fruit fly bait and fruit fly food bait had the best trapping and killing effect on B.dorsalis,which could be popularized and applied in production,especially before the completion of harvest,which could effectively reduce the population of B.dorsalis in orchards.The broad-spectrum physical fruit fly bait and the bisexual fruit fly bait have poor trapping effect on B.dorsalis.
