“苏西蓝”蓝莓在西昌市的引种表现及关键栽培技术

摘要 为筛选出适宜四川省西昌市栽培的蓝莓品种,连续3年对引进的“苏西蓝”蓝莓的植物学特性、物候期、果实品质等方面进行调查与研究。结果表明,西昌地区露地栽培的“苏西蓝”蓝莓果实大小均匀,单果质量2.6~3.0 g,果形指数约0.7,可溶性固形物13~15 Brix,硬度约1.0 kgf/cm^(2),果面蓝色/黄色b*为-1.0,呈现偏蓝色,总酸1.5%,苹果酸2 g/L,果汁呈现较好的亮色。“苏西蓝”果实酸甜适口,风味适宜,表现出较强的早产、丰产特点,3年生单株产量可达4 kg以上,适宜在西昌地区或类似的气候条件下作为露地栽培的中熟或中早熟品种进行栽培推广。 In order to select blueberry varieties suitable for cultivation in Xichang of Sichuan Province,the botanical traits,phenological period and berry quality of introduced Suziblue blueberry were investigated and studied for three consecutive years.The results showed that the berry size of Suziblue was uniform,and the single berry weight was about 2.6-3.0 g,with the fruit shape index of 0.7.The soluble solids content was 13-15 Brix,and the hardness was 1.0 kgf.The blue and yellow ratio value b*of fruit surface was-1.0,showing slightly more blue.The total acids content was 1.5 g·L^(-1),and the malic acid was 2.0 g·L^(-1).The fruit juice showed a good bright color.The taste of berry was sweet and sour,with suitable flavor.It showed strong characteristics of early-fruiting and high yield,with a yield of over 4 kg per plant of 3-year-old plant.It is suitable for cultivation and promotion as a medium or early-medium maturing variety in Xichang area or other areas with similar climatic conditions.
