UV-B辐射对蓝莓光合作用与钙含量的影响

Effects of UV-B radiation on photosynthesis and calcium content in blueberries

摘要 为探讨不同强度UV-B对高丛蓝莓生长、光合参数及钙含量的影响,以人工气候室中的白光为基础光,设置5个UV-B强度处理:5μw/cm^(2)(CK,未增补UV-B,参数为环境噪值)、8μw/cm^(2)(T1)、11μw/cm^(2)(T2)、14μw/cm^(2)(T3)和17μw/cm^(2)(T4)对3月生“大果蓝金”与“优瑞卡”扦插幼苗进行为期60 d的光照培养实验。研究结果表明:UV-B会显著促进“大果蓝金”和“优瑞卡”的生物量积累与叶面积,降低2种高丛蓝莓叶片的净光合反应速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶绿素含量,显著提高2种高丛蓝莓叶片的非光化学猝灭系数(qN);还会显著影响“优瑞卡”蓝莓根、茎、叶中的钙含量,当强度为8μw/cm^(2)时对“大果蓝金”蓝莓叶片和“优瑞卡”蓝莓茎、叶中的钙含量积累最有益。 To explore the effects of different intensities of UV-B on the growth,photosynthetic parameters and calcium content of highbush blueberries,in artificial climate chamber,with white light as the base light,five UV-B intensity treatments were set up,including 5μw·cm^(-2)(CK,without UV-B supplementation,the parameter is the ambient noise value),8μw·cm^(-2)(T1),11μw·cm^(-2)(T2),14μw·cm^(-2)(T3)and 17μw·cm^(-2)(T4).Using 3-month-old cutting seedlings of Blue Gold and Eurake as experimental materials,a 60-day light cultivation experiment was conducted.The results showed that UV-B could significantly promote the biomass accumulation,and increase the leaf area and the non-photochemical quenching coefficient(qN)of the leaves,and reduce the net photosynthetic reaction rate(Pn),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr)and chlorophyll content of the leaves of these two types of highbush blueberries.It also significantly affected the calcium content in the roots,stems and leaves of Eurake blueberries.The intensity of 8μw·cm^(-2) was most beneficial for the accumulation of calcium content in the leaves of Blue Gold blueberries,and in the stems and leaves of Eurake blueberries.
