摘要
为探究节水灌溉对贵州“贵长”猕猴桃产量和品质的影响,采用滴灌,在猕猴桃果树全生育期实施对照处理(CK):不灌水;微灌处理(T1):灌水量为25%;中灌处理(T2):灌水量为50%;湿灌处理(T3):灌水量为75%;充灌处理(T4):灌水量为100%,共计5个处理,观测不同灌水量对猕猴桃果实数量、总产量及品质的影响。结果表明,随着灌水量提高,猕猴桃单果质量、产量及品质呈上升趋势,达到一定范围后,上升趋势逐渐减弱。适当增加灌水量可提高猕猴桃可溶性总糖和可溶性固形物含量,降低可滴定酸含量和提高糖酸比,对改善猕猴桃内在品质及口感有一定作用。不同灌水量条件下,猕猴桃果实数量、总产量、干物质、果实品质均随灌水量增加呈现先增后减的变化趋势。当总灌水量为105 mm(T3),每次灌水17.5 mm,全生育期共灌水6次时,猕猴桃单株果实数量、总产量、干物质率、果实品质等指标达到最佳。
In order to investigate the effect of water-saving irrigation on the yield and quality of Guichang kiwifruit in Guizhou province,five experimental groups of drip irrigation including control(CK,no irrigation),micro-irrigation treatment(T1,irrigated with 25%of water),medium-irrigation treatment(T2,irrigated with 50%of water),wet-irrigation treatment(T3,irrigated with 75%of water),filling treatment(T4,irrigated with 100%of water)were set up to test the effect of different irrigation rates on the fruit number,total yield,and quality of kiwifruit.The results showed that the single fruit weight,total yield and quality of kiwifruit increased with the increase of water volume,and then the increasing gradually weakened after reaching a certain range.Appropriately increasing the irrigation volume could increase the total soluble sugar and soluble solids content,reduce the titratable acidity and increase the sugar-acid ratio of fruit,which could improve the intrinsic quality and taste of fruit.Under different irrigation levels,the number of fruits,total yield,dry matter,and fruit quality increased first and then decreased with the increase of irrigation amount.When the total irrigation volume was 105 mm(T3 treatment),with 17.5 mm of each irrigation,and 6 times irrigations during the whole growth and development cycle,the fruit number,total yield,dry matter rate,and fruit quality of kiwifruit reached the optimum level.
