摘要
为了延长优质柠檬鲜果的货架期,开展了3种包装材料协同两种温度的贮藏试验。以10月底在四川安岳采收的绿果型(非套袋生产)“尤力克”柠檬为试材,分别采用PE膜(聚乙烯)、高阻隔纳米膜与低阻隔纳米膜进行单果包装,以未包装果实为对照,分别在4℃和14℃贮藏180 d,每15 d取样测定果实硬度、单果质量、可滴定酸、乙醇等品质参数。结果表明,贮藏30 d后高阻隔纳米膜包装样本在两种贮藏温度下袋内水汽严重,60 d后基本丧失商品价值。在两种贮藏温度下,PE膜与低阻隔纳米膜包装样本可以贮藏至180 d。4℃贮藏180 d后,低阻隔纳米膜包装的单果质量保持率为94.23%,果实硬度为3.88 kg/cm^( 2),可滴定酸含量为3.69%,优于PE膜。柠檬果实采后利用低阻隔纳米膜单果包装后4℃冷藏180 d,仍然具有较好的品质,可在生产中推广应用。
In order to prolong the shelf life of lemon,the storage experiment using three different packaging materials under two different temperatures was carried out.Eureka lemon with green peel were harvested at Anyue County and then packed by PE film(polytene),high-barrier nano-membrane,and low-barrier nano-membrane,with no packaging as control.Packed fruits were stored respectively at 4℃and 14℃for 180 days.The fruit quality parameters including fruit firmness,fruit weight,titratable acid content,ethanol content were measured every 15 days.The results showed that the water vapor of high-barrier nano-membrane packages was severe after 30 days of storage under two different temperatures,and the lemons of this package lost economic value completely after stored for 60 days.Lemons packed with either low-barrier nano-membrane or PE film could be stored for 180 days under two different temperatures.The fruit weight retention rate of lemons packaged by low-barrier nano-membrane stored at 4℃for 180 days was 94.23%,with the fruit firmness of 3.88 kg/cm^( 2),titratable acid content of 3.69%,which were better than that of PE film package.Lemon fruits packaged with low-barrier nano-membrane stored at 4℃for 180 days could keep the good quality,which can be extended in lemon production.
