摘要
反应堆电气贯穿设备安装于核反应堆安全壳上,供各类电缆贯穿连接,同时作为安全壳的一部分构成防止放射性物质泄漏的屏障,以保证压力边界的完整性。在分析电气贯穿设备相关的国内外电磁兼容标准的基础上,结合电线电缆和核电设备等相关领域的电磁兼容研究,综合考虑不同标准的差异及分析论证实际试验项目的适用性,制定了一套切实可行的试验技术方案,并开展了试验验证。该方案考虑了反应堆环境的特定操作条件和环境因素,从而提高了电气贯穿设备在核反应堆应用中的可靠性和安全性。
The reactor electrical penetration assembly is installed on the nuclear reactor containment vessel,serving as a connection channel for various cables while functioning as part of the containment structure to form a barrier against radioactive material leakage,thereby ensuring the integrity of the pressure boundary.Based on an analysis of domestic and international electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)standards related to electrical penetration assembly,combined with EMC research from relevant fields such as power cables and nuclear power assembly,this study comprehensively considered the differences between various standards and evaluated the applicability of practical test items.A feasible test technical plan was developed and experimentally validated.This solution takes into account the specific operating conditions and environmental factors of the reactor environment,thereby enhancing the reliability and safety of electrical penetration assembly in nuclear reactor applications.
