摘要
聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)是一种广泛用于纺织、化纤、食品包装等行业的热塑性树脂。随着PET产品需求量的不断提高,其废弃物带来的环境污染以及资源浪费等问题愈发突出,对PET进行回收处理已然成为当务之急。文章综述了乙二醇催化PET醇解技术,包括乙二醇醇解PET反应工艺以及相关催化剂。其中,离子液体作为一种新型的绿色催化剂,具有催化活性高、可重复使用、性质可调控等优点,在PET的醇解反应过程中展现出优异的催化性能。
Polyethylene terephthalate(PET)is a thermoplastic resin widely used in textiles,chemical fibers,food packaging and other fields.As PET demand grows,the environmental pollution and resource waste from its waste become more serious,making PET recycling urgent.The paper reviewed the ethylene glycol-catalyzed PET transesterification technology,including the reaction process and catalysts.As a novel green catalyst,ionic liquids,with high activity,reusability,and tunable properties,showed excellent catalytic performance in this transesterification.
