摘要
为了明确烤烟品种K326的鲜烟叶颜色参数与烘烤特性的关系,以K326中部和上部叶为试验材料,设置欠熟、适熟和过熟3个成熟度档次,利用图像采集系统提取烟叶颜色特征值,包括R(红色值)、G(绿色值)、B(蓝色值)、H(色调)、S(饱和度)和V(亮度);采用暗箱方法获取不同成熟度烟叶的变黄与变褐时间,分析其烘烤特性。通过相关性分析探究颜色参数与烘烤特性之间的关系,并建立回归模型进行检验。结果表明,随着烟叶成熟度的提高,中、上部叶R、G、V值有增大趋势,H值呈减小趋势,上部叶B、S值无显著变化。烟叶变黄和变褐时间随着成熟度的提高均呈缩短趋势,中部叶变黄与变褐时间整体长于上部叶。中部叶R、H值与变黄时间显著相关,所有颜色参数均与变褐时间显著相关;上部叶G、V值与变黄时间显著负相关,R、G、B、H、S、V值与变褐时间的相关性不显著。经回归模型拟合验证,R2值均大于0.85,表明利用中、上部叶颜色参数来推断烟叶的烘烤特性具有可行性。
In order to clarify the relationship between fresh tobacco leaf color parameters and flue-curing characteristics of the flue-cured tobacco variety K326,we used middle and upper leaves of K326 as experimental materials,and set three maturity levels(under-ripe,well-ripe and over-ripe)to extract color characteristic values of tobacco leaves by image acquisition systems,including R(red value),G(green value),B(blue value),H(hue),S(saturation),and V(brightness).The yellowing and browning times of tobacco leaves at different maturity levels were obtained using a darkroom method to analyze their flue-curing characteristics.The relationship between color parameters and flue-curing characteristics was explored through correlation analysis,and regression models were established for validation.The results showed that as the maturity of tobacco leaves increased,the R,G and V values of middle and upper leaves tended to increase,while the H value decreased.There were no significant changes in the B and S values of upper leaves.The yellowing and browning times of tobacco leaves shortened with increasing maturity,with the middle leaves generally had longer yellowing and browning times compared with the upper leaves.The R and H values of middle leaves were significantly correlated with yellowing time,and all color parameters were significantly correlated with browning time.The G and V values of upper leaves were significantly negatively correlated with yellowing time,while the correlations between R,G,B,H,S and V values and browning time were not significant.After validation through regression model fitting,all R2 values were greater than 0.85,indicating it was feasible to infer fluecuring characteristics of tobacco leaves using color parameters of middle and upper leaves.
