摘要
体育学博士生作为最高学历层次的体育人才,对建设体育强国与健康中国具有重要的战略支撑作用。为提升我国体育学博士生自主培养质量,采用文献资料法、文本分析法及访谈法,在对中国体育学博士生自主培养的全流程要素进行辨析基础上,提炼各流程要素的实践特征,并提出自主培养的未来路径。研究发现:博士生招生制度愈加契合培养目标,但“申请-考核”制亟待健全;开题管理程序持续优化,但指向性规范性亟待加强;中期考核制度较规范,但表面化形式化亟待克服;评审标准愈加严格,但评议与申诉制度亟待优化;答辩注重论文质量的再提高,但跟踪机制亟待建立;科研成果认定注重分类分层,但多样边界亟待廓清。为完善中国体育学博士生自主培养体系,提出建议:平衡“申请-考核”制的内部张力,优化和规范相关程序;健全导师的遴选、责任与培训的系统机制;完善开题、中期考核及评审的制度协同;建立跟踪机制并完善科研成果评价体系。
As high-level professionals critical to advancing China's sports development and public health goals,sports science PhD candidates require rigorous training systems.This study evaluates China's autonomous doctoral training framework in kinesiology through document analysis,policy reviews,and expert interviews,identifying systemic challenges across several key stages.The research holds that:The enrollment system is increasingly keeping with the training goal,but the"application-examination"system needs to be improved;The project proposal management procedure is continuously optimized,but the directivity standardization needs to be strengthened;While the mid-term assessment system is standardized,the superficial formalization needs to be overcome;Although the evaluation standards are becoming stricter,the evaluation and appeal system needs to be optimized;The defense pays attention to improving the quality of the thesis,but the tracking mechanism needs to be established urgently;As the recognition of scientific research results pays atention to classification and stratification,the boundaries of diversity need to be clarified.Some suggestions are accordingly proposed:balancing the internal tension of the"application assessment"system and optimizing relevant procedures;improving the system mechanism of selection,responsibility and training of tutors;improving the system coordination of proposal,mid-term assessment and review;establishing a tracking mechanism and improving the evaluation system of scientific research achievements.
