摘要
黄炎培职业教育思想的核心理念强调以实用性为导向,以服务社会为宗旨,致力于培养具备实用性和技能性的专业人才。课程团队在“蔬菜栽培技术”省级精品开放课程建设中践行黄炎培职业教育思想,紧扣行业需求,注重实践技能培养,通过明确课程目标、优化课程内容、建设教学资源、打造教师团队、深化教学改革等措施,构建了“岗课赛证融通”综合育人模式,提升了课程质量和教学效果,提高了人才培养质量。
Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought,with its core idea emphasizing practicality as the guid⁃ance,and serving the society as the purpose,is committed to cultivating practical and skilled professionals.The course team practiced Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought in the construction of the provincial highquality open course of Vegetable Cultivation Technology,closely linked to the needs of the industry,and paid at⁃tention to the cultivation of practical skills.By clarifying the course objectives,optimizing the course content,building teaching resources,building a teacher team,deepening teaching reform and other measures,a compre⁃hensive education model of“integration of post,course,competition and certificate”was constructed,which im⁃proved the course quality and teaching effect,and improved the quality of talent training.
