摘要
商业负荷集群的动态聚合对提高电网的调度灵活性、优化需求侧管理以及促进可再生能源消纳具有重要意义。基于典型相关分析(CCA)选取商业负荷特征,并结合DBSCAN和K-means等聚类算法对负荷进行分类,以构建适用于不同场景的负荷集群。进一步,提出了三种负荷聚合标准,即基于调节速度、负荷稳定性和经济性的标准,并分析不同标准下的商业负荷聚合特性、适用性及其在电力调度中的潜在应用。
The dynamic aggregation of commercial load clusters is crucial for enhancing the flexibility of power grid dispatch,optimizing demand-side management,and promoting the integration of renewable energy.This paper selects commercial load features using Canonical Correlation Analysis(CCA)and employs DBSCAN and K-means clustering algorithms to classify loads,forming load clusters suitable for different scenarios.Furthermore,three load aggregation criteria are proposed,namely,regulation speed-based,load stability-based,and economic-based standards.The characteristics,applicability,and potential applications of commercial load aggregation under different standards in power dispatch are analyzed.
