冷却水系统在大体积混凝土温度控制中的研究与应用

摘要 大体积混凝土施工过程中,随着混凝土的凝固,内部温度变化产生的不均匀拉应力可能导致结构产生裂缝。结合东方枢纽上海东站站场区地下土建工程,为确保混凝土施工的质量和安全,通过前期建立模型及数值模拟计算,系统性地分析大体积混凝土养护过程中内部的水化热升温现象,并选择冷却水系统,结合保温、保湿养护作为主要温控措施。根据现场实测温度数据,该技术可避免混凝土因里表温差过大而产生裂缝,为同类大体积混凝土工程提供参考。 During mass concrete construction,the uneven tensile stress caused by internal temperature changes as the concrete solidifies may lead to structural cracks.Combined with the underground civil engineering of the station area of Shanghai East Station of the Oriental Hub,to ensure the quality and safety of concrete construction,the hydration heat temperature rise phenomenon inside mass concrete during the curing process was systematically analyzed through preliminary model establishment and numerical simulation calculations,and a cooling water system combined with thermal and moisture preservation curing was selected as the main temperature control measure.According to on-site measured temperature data,this technique can avoid cracks in concrete caused by excessive temperature difference between the inside and surface,and can provide a reference for similar mass concrete projects.
