CR450高速动车组车载新型综合天线气动特性研究

摘要 车载天线在一定程度上影响动车组车顶绕流,增大列车风阻。为满足CR450动车组整体风阻要求,亟须对车载新型天线气动特性进行研究。通过风洞试验和数值仿真,在天线中心间距为1 m和Re=7.78×10^(4)~1.95×10^(5)范围内,验证了Re、安装方向、相互干扰对车载天线风压场和阻力的影响规律。结果表明,亚临界区间内,改变Re对天线表面风压场影响较小,但当来流风速增大至500 km/h时(即环境风速15 m/s下,动车组以最高速度450 km/h运行),Re对天线表面风压及气动特性产生较大影响;此外,通过改变天线安装方向,风压分布规律及气动力发生明显改变。2组天线相互干扰时,在亚临界区间,各个天线表面风压分布规律无明显改变,天线气动力仅产生较小变化;当Re=1.09×10^(6)时,与无干扰相比,前后端天线阻力均减小,试验结果为高速列车天线减阻设计提供理论参考。 The vehicle antenna affects the flow around the roof of EMU to a certain extent and increases the wind resistance of train.In order to meet the overall wind resistance requirements of CR450 EMUs,it is urgent to study the aerodynamic characteristics of new vehicle antennas.Through wind tunnel tests and numerical simulations,the effects of Re,mounting orientation,and mutual interference on the air pressure field and resistance of vehicle antennas were verified within the range of 1m antenna center spacing and Re=7.78×10^(4)~1.95×10^(5).The results indicate that within the subcritical range,changing the Re has a minimal effect on the air pressure field on the antenna surface.However,when the incoming wind speed increases to 500 km/h(which corresponds to the train running at a maximum speed of 450 km/h under an environmental wind speed of 15 m/s),Re has a significant impact on the air pressure and aerodynamic characteristics of the antenna surface.Additionally,altering the antenna mounting orientation leads to noticeable changes in the air pressure distribution and aerodynamic forces.When two groups of antennas experience mutual interference,there are no significant changes in the air pressure distribution on the surface of each antenna within the subcritical range,resulting in only minor variations in the aerodynamic forces acting on the antennas.However,at Re=1.09×10^(6),compared to the case without interference,the resistance of both the front and rear antennas decrease.These experimental results provide theoretical references for the resistance reduction design of antennas on high-speed trains.
