摘要
在冲击钻孔灌注桩施工中,钻头的几何形状是影响成孔效率与质量的关键因素。结合温州某码头陆域道路工程实例,系统分析了冲击钻头几何形状对成孔效率(如钻进速度、能耗)及成孔质量(如垂直度、孔壁稳定性)的影响,提出一种新型中空防斜导正冲击钻头。详细阐述了该钻头的结构设计原理、制作方法及实际应用效果,验证了其在提升钻孔精度、减少偏斜及优化施工效率方面的优势。研究成果可为类似地质条件下的钻孔桩工程提供技术参考。
In the construction of impact-drilled cast-in-place piles,the geometric shape of the drill bit is a key factor affecting both drilling efficiency and hole quality.Based on a case study from a road engineering project in the land area of a wharf in Wenzhou,this paper systematically analyzes how the geometry of the impact drill bit influences drilling efficiency(such as penetration rate and energy consumption)and hole quality(including verticality and borehole wall stability).A novel hollow anti-deviation guide impact drill bit is proposed,and its structural design principles,manufacturing method,and practical performance are thoroughly described.The results verify the drill bit's advantages in improving borehole precision,reducing deviation,and optimizing construction efficiency.The findings provide a technical reference for bored pile projects in similar geological conditions.
