摘要
本文分析了体育教学的独特性质及其与中华优秀传统文化的紧密联系,进而阐述了在初中体育教学中融入传统文化元素的必要性。研究认为,在初中体育教学中须融入增强学生对民族文化的认同感与自豪感,助力其品德修养迈向更高境界;塑造学生端庄得体的礼仪形象,尊师重教的优良传统美德;提升学生的体质健康水平,强化其心理素质,培育他们坚持不懈与自律自强的品质。体育教师应充分发挥主观能动性,深度挖掘体育课程资源。让学生在强身健体的同时,感受传统文化的独特魅力。同时,体育教师应采取多种有效措施,提升体育学科在学校教育体系中的地位,将中华优秀传统文化合情合理融入体育教学,通过丰富多样的课程内容促进学生全面发展。
This article analyzes the unique nature of physical education and its close connection with Chinese excellent traditional culture,and then elaborates on the necessity of integrating traditional cultural elements into junior high school physical education.The article holds that integrating traditional cultural elements into junior high school physical education is essential for enhancing students’sense of identity and pride in their national culture,helping them reach a higher level of moral cultivation;shaping students’dignified and appropriate etiquette images and cultivating their fine traditional virtues of respecting teachers and valuing education;improving students’physical health levels,strengthening their psychological qualities,and cultivating their perseverance and self-discipline.Physical education teachers should give full play to their subjective initiative and deeply explore physical education curriculum resources.For example,introducing classic traditional sports such as Taijiquan and dragon and lion dances into the classroom allows students to feel the unique charm of traditional culture while strengthening their bodies.At the same time,physical education teachers should take various effective measures to enhance the status of physical education in the school education system,reasonably integrate Chinese excellent traditional culture into physical education teaching,and promote students’all-round development through rich and diverse curriculum content.
