摘要
2017年是中国急诊3.0时代的元年,急诊急救大平台的概念进入急诊医学从业者的视野。急诊急救大平台的目的是提高工作效率,提高医疗质量,提高医疗水平,总体目标是真正做到以急诊患者需求、病情需求为导向,为患者提供最佳、最快、最安全的服务,提高救治成功率,降低致残率与病死率。急诊科作为连接院前急救和院内各临床专科的桥梁和枢纽,为临床多学科诊疗团队高效协作救治急危重症患者提供了最佳场所。急诊急救大平台以急诊科为急危重症抢救核心场地,组建临床多学科诊疗急救团队,整合急诊、专科、医院的优势资源,同心、高效、创新、流程再造,从而为患者提供全面、精准、最佳的急诊急救方案。
2017 is the first year of China’s Emergency 3.0 era,and the concept of emergency first aid platform has entered the vision of emergency medicine practitioners.The purpose of the emergency first aid platform is to improve work efficiency,improve medical quality,and improve medical level.The overall goal is to truly be oriented to the needs of emergency patients and illness needs,to provide patients with the best,fastest and safest services,improve the success rate of treatment,and reduce the disability rate and fatality rate.As a bridge and hub,the emergency department connects pre-hospital emergency care and clinical specialties in the hospital,and is the best place for clinical multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment teams to collaborate efficiently to provide emergency and critical care.The platform takes the emergency department as the core site for emergency and critical rescue,sets up a clinical multidisciplinary diagnosis and emergency team,integrates the superior resources of emergency,specialty and hospital,concentric,efficient,innovative and process reengineering,so as to provide patients with comprehensive,accurate and optimal emergency and first aid programs.
