九三某牛场奶牛临床型乳腺炎金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了对患有乳房炎的病牛进行病原菌的分离与鉴定、分析其致病性、评估药物敏感性以及提供临床用药指导,研究从黑龙江省嫩江市九三管理局某牧场的3头乳房炎病牛的奶样中分离纯化病原菌。采用PCR法、细菌生化反应试验、细菌鉴定仪鉴定、小鼠致病性试验、病理组织学鉴定及药敏试验等多种方法,对病原菌进行了菌株分离鉴定、致病性分析及药物敏感性研究。实验结果显示,成功分离的9株金黄色葡萄球菌经鉴定对小鼠表现出明确致病性。此外,这些病原菌对临床常用药物如阿莫西林、氨苄西林和青霉素显示出高度的敏感性。同时,苯唑西林、头孢西丁和利福平等药物也能够有效地抑制这些分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌的生长。将药敏实验的结果反馈给相关牛场后,采用阿莫西林和青霉素对患病奶牛进行治疗,观察到乳房炎症状有显著改善。这些实验结果为临床上治疗奶牛乳房炎提供了有价值的参考依据。 In order to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria in cattle with mastitis,analyze its pathogenicity,evaluate drug sensitivity and provide clinical guidance,the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and purified from milk samples of 3 cows with mastitis in a pasture of Jiusan Administration Bureau,Nenjiang city,Heilongjiang province.PCR,bacterial biochemical reaction test,bacterial identification instrument,mouse pathogenicity test,histopathology test and drug susceptibility test were used to isolate and identify the pathogenic bacteria.The results revealed the successful isolation and identification of 9 strains of Staphylococcus aureus,which are pathogenic to mice.In addition,these pathogens show a high sensitivity to commonly used clinical drugs such as amoxicillin,ampicillin,and penicillin.At the same time,oxacillin,cefoxitin and rifamequal drugs can also effectively inhibit the growth of these isolated Staphylococcus aureus.After the results of the drug sensitivity test were reported to the relevant cattle farms,the infected cows were treated with amoxicillin and penicillin,and a significant improvement in udder inflammation was observed.These results provide a valuable reference for the clinical treatment of cow mastitis.
