摘要
反硝化除磷(DPR)工艺可充分利用原水碳源、降低污泥产量,广泛适用于低碳氮比城市生活污水深度脱氮除磷,但其运行过程中常存在N_(2)O积累问题,在当今“双碳”背景下,强温室气体N_(2)O的积累及排放不容忽视。通过文献分析和整理,归纳了DPR工艺中功能性微生物(反硝化聚磷菌和反硝化聚糖菌)的菌群种类、各分支的培养条件及对电子受体的利用能力,梳理了N_(2)O还原酶(NOS)基因与N_(2)O积累的成因关联,总结并归纳了近年来DPR系统N_(2)O积累的影响因素。最后,基于现有研究基础,展望了未来应考虑明确多菌群间协同代谢机制、探究NOS作用机理,为DPR工艺工程应用降低N_(2)O积累提供参考依据。
The denitrification phosphorus removal(DPR)process can make full use of the carbon source of raw water and reduce sludge production,and is widely used for deep denitrification and phosphorus removal of low-carbon nitrogen than urban domestic sewage.But there is often the problem of N_(2)O accumulation in its operation process,and the accumulation and emission of strong greenhouse gas N_(2)O cannot be ignored in the context of today’s“dual carbon”.Through literature analysis and collation,this paper summarized the types of microbial groups,the culture conditions of each branch and the ability to utilize electron acceptors of functional microorganisms(denitrifying polyphosphate bacteria and denitrifying glycan bacteria)in the DPR process,sorted out the N_(2)O reductase(NOS)gene and its causal association with N_(2)O accumulation,and summarized the influencing factors of N_(2)O accumulation in the DPR system in recent years.Finally,based on the existing research basis,it is expected that in the future,it should be considered to clarify the synergistic metabolism mechanism between multiple bacterial groups and explore the mechanism of NOS,so as to provide a reference for the application of DPR process engineering to reduce N_(2)O accumulation.
