生长季平茬对柠条单宁含量变化规律的影响

摘要 柠条是治理水土流失和退化沙化草场的先锋树种,也是良好的灌木饲料。通过对生长季不同月份柠条平茬后测定其酚类物质含量,分析研究酚类物质含量变化规律。结果表明:生长季柠条单宁的含量变化范围在28.1~209.7 mg·kg^(-1),总多酚的含量变化范围在106.8~309.2 mg·kg^(-1),简单酚的含量变化范围在0.15~104.5 mg·kg^(-1),缩合单宁的含量变化范围在6.94~18.31 mg·kg^(-1)。从总体表现来看,4种酚类化合物含量由大到小排序为总多酚、单宁、简单酚、缩合单宁,且4种酚类化合物均在3月份含量较高,6月份含量较低。在柠条整个生长季单宁、缩合单宁、总多酚含量变化趋势相似,均为波浪型。 Caragana intermedia is a pioneer tree for controlling soil and water loss and degraded sandy grassland,and it is also a good shrub fodder.The content of phenolic substances in Caragana intermedia after cropping in different months of the growing season was determined and the change rule of phenolic substances was analyzed.The results show that in the growing season,the tannin content of Caragana intermedia ranged from 28.1 to 209.7 mg·kg-1,the total polyphenol content ranged from 106.8 to 309.2 mg·kg-1,the simple phenol content ranged from 0.15 to 104.5 mg·kg-1,and the content of condensed tannins varied from 6.94 to 18.31 mg·kg-1.From the overall performance,the contents of the four phenolic compounds were ranked as total polyphenols,tannins,simple phenols and condensed tannins in descending order,and the contents of the four phenolic compounds were higher in March and lower in June.The contents of tannin,condensed tannin and total polyphenol in the whole growing season of Caragana intermedia showed similar trend of wavy pattern.
