高校辅导员提升大学生应急处置能力的实践路径

Practice Approach of Counselors in Cultivating College Students′Emergency Response Capability

摘要 大学校园由于人员密集、群体结构特殊等原因,成为突发公共事件的重点防控场所。培养大学生的应急能力不仅能满足应对风险社会的现实需求,还是提升学生综合素质的重要途径,更是完善高校教育体系的客观要求。辅导员作为大学生应急教育的核心力量,在应急意识培养、应急知识传授、应急行为示范等方面都发挥着举足轻重的作用。辅导员可从加强应急意识宣传、引领应急知识学习、组织应急演练开展三方面入手,“三位一体”全面提升大学生的应急能力。 Due to the dense population and unique group structure,university campuses have become key venues for the prevention and control of public emergencies.Cultivating college students′emergency response capabilities not only meets the practical needs of addressing a risk society,but also serves as an important means to enhance students′comprehensive quality and an objective requirement for improving the university education system.As the core force in emergency education for college students,counselors play a crucial role in fostering emergency awareness,imparting emergency knowledge,and modeling emergency behaviors.Counselors can comprehensively enhance college students′emergency response capabilities through a"trinity"approach,focusing on strengthening emergency awareness promotion,guiding emergency knowledge acquisition,and organizing emergency drills.
