摘要
在快速城市化和社会结构转型的背景下,社区治安治理的效能与居民参与度之间的关联成为学术研究的焦点。本研究从社会资本理论视角出发,深入剖析了信任、规范、社会网络和社区认同感等要素在促进居民参与社区治安治理中的作用机制。通过理论探讨与实证分析,揭示了社会资本存量不足是制约居民积极参与的关键因素。为此,本研究提出了一系列策略建议,旨在通过增强社区认同感、构建科学合理的激励机制、拓宽居民参与渠道以及促进警民信任关系的建立,全面提升社会资本水平,进而推动居民更加深入地参与到社区治安治理中。
In the context of rapid urbanization and social structural transformation,the correlation between the effectiveness of community security governance and resident participation has become a focus of academic research.This study starts from the perspective of social capital theory and deeply analyzes the mechanisms of trust,norms,social networks,and community identity in promoting residents’participation in community security governance.Through theoretical exploration and empirical analysis,it has been revealed that the insufficient stock of social capital is a key factor restricting residents’active participation.To this end,this study proposes a series of strategic suggestions aimed at enhancing community identity,constructing scientifically reasonable incentive mechanisms,expanding residents’participation channels,and promoting the establishment of police civilian trust relationships,comprehensively improving the level of social capital and promoting residents’deeper participation in community security governance.
