摘要
目的:观察综合减痛护理在混合痔术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1月至2023年6月该院收治的70例混合痔术后患者的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组各35例。对照组实施常规术后护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合减痛护理,两组均护理7 d。比较两组临床相关指标(水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间)水平,护理前后疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、生命质量[简明健康状况调查表(SF-36)]评分,以及护理满意度。结果:观察组水肿消退时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组VAS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组生理功能、精神健康、社会功能、总体健康、生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、活力等SF-36各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.29%(33/35),高于对照组的77.14%(27/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合减痛护理应用于混合痔术后患者可改善临床相关指标水平,降低疼痛评分,提高生命质量评分和护理满意度,效果优于常规术后护理。
Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive pain relief nursing in postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:The clinical data of 70 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in this hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group was given the comprehensive pain relief nursing on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were treated for 7 d.The levels of clinical related indexes(edema regression time,wound healing time),the scores of pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],and quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]scores before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The edema regression time and wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the scores of SF-36 dimensions such as physiological function,mental health,social function,general health,physiological function,physical pain,emotional function and vitality in the two groups were higher than those before the nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.29%(33/35),which was higher than 77.14%(27/35)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:comprehensive pain relief nursing in postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids can improve the levels of clinical related indexes,reduce the pain scores,improve the quality of life scores and the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to routine postoperative nursing.
