摘要
目的:分析血清和肽素(Copeptin)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平与慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者预后不良的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2021年10月至2023年10月该院收治的80例AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的临床资料,设为研究组。另回顾性分析同期该院80名健康体检者的临床资料,设为对照组。比较两组、不同预后患者血清Copeptin、CRP、NT-proBNP水平,采用Pearson相关性分析血清Copeptin、CRP、NT-proBNP水平与AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者预后不良的相关性。结果:研究组血清Copeptin、CRP、NT-proBNP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);预后不良患者血清Copeptin、CRP、NT-proBNP水平均高于预后良好患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清Copeptin、CRP、NT-proBNP水平与AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者预后不良均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清Copeptin、CRP、NT-proBNP水平与AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者预后不良均呈正相关。
Objective:To analyze correlation between serum Copeptin,C-reactive protein(CRP),N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)levels and poor prognosis in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)complicated with type II respiratory failure.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with AECOPD complicated with type II respiratory failure admitted to this hospital from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and they were set as the study group.The clinical data of 80 healthy subjects in the hospital during the same period were collected and they were selected as the control group.The levels of serum Copeptin,CRP and NT-proBNP were compared between the two groups and among the patients with different prognosis.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the serum Copeptin,CRP,NT-proBNP levels and poor prognosis in the patients with AECOPD combined with type II respiratory failure.Results:The levels of serum Copeptin,CRP and NT-proBNP in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum Copeptin,CRP and NT-proBNP in the patients with poor prognosis were higher than those in the patients with good prognosis,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum Copeptin,CRP and NT-proBNP levels were positively correlated with the poor prognosis of the AECOPD patients with type II respiratory failure(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The levels of serum Copeptin,CRP and NT-proBNP are positively correlated with the poor prognosis of the patients with AECOPD combined with type II respiratory failure.
