摘要
目的:研究冬瓜皮水提物的抗氧化活性和降尿酸作用。方法:通过体外实验评价冬瓜皮水提物对DPPH自由基、ABTS^(+)自由基的清除能力以及对黄嘌呤氧化酶(Xanthine Oxidase,XOD)活性的抑制能力,并通过建立高尿酸血症HepG2细胞模型,评价冬瓜皮水提物的降尿酸效果。结果:冬瓜皮水提物对DPPH、ABTS^(+)、XOD的半抑制浓度分别为1.04、0.96、0.80 mg·mL^(-1);在高尿酸血症HepG2细胞中,冬瓜皮水提物能有效降低XOD活性(p<0.01)。结论:冬瓜皮水提物具有抗氧化和降尿酸能力,为功能性食品开发和慢性病预防提供了重要的理论基础。
Objective:To study the antioxidant activity and uric acid-lowering effect of wax gourd peel water+extract.Method:The scavenging ability of wax gourd peel water extract on DPPH free radicals and ABTS free radicals and the inhibitory ability on xanthine oxidase(XOD)activity were evaluated by in vitro experiments.The uric acid-lowering effect of wax gourd peel water extract was evaluated by establishing a hyperuricemia HepG2 cell model.Result:The half-inhibitory concentrations of wax gourd peel water extract on DPPH,ABTS+,and XOD were 1.04,0.96,and 0.80 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.In hyperuricemia HepG2 cells,wax gourd peel water extract could effectively reduce XOD activity(p<0.01).Conclusion:Wax gourd peel water extract has antioxidant and uric acid-lowering abilities,which provides an important theoretical basis for the development of functional foods and the prevention of chronic diseases.
