摘要
以全流程钻机的油箱设计为研究对象,针对全流程钻机窄体式机构特点,详细分析了油箱的结构组成、设计要点和关键部件的选型。通过理论计算和热平衡计算相结合,最终确定了油箱的容积,为窄体钻机在狭小空间内设计油箱提供了思路。通过吸油滤油器、回油滤油器、空气滤清器和高压过滤器的合理选型,提高了油箱油液的清洁度,对提高钻机使用寿命具有重要意义。
Taking the oil tank design of the full-process drilling rig as the research object,aiming at the characteristics of the narrow-body mechanism of the full-process drilling rig,the structural composition,design points and selection of key components of the oil tank were analyzed in detail.Through the combination of theoretical calculation and thermal equilibrium calculation,the volume of the oil tank was finally determined,providing an idea for narrow-body drilling rig to design the fuel oil in a narrow space.Through the reasonable selection of oil suction filter,return oil filter,air filter and high-pressure filter,the cleanliness of the oil tank fluid is improved,which is of great significance to improving the service life of the drilling rig.
