温室太阳能热泵联合供暖系统的性能与效益分析

Performance and economic analysis of a combined heating system of solar energy and ground source heat pump

摘要 针对北方温室绿色能源利用占比低、光照资源浪费等问题,采用联合型温室供暖模式,对太阳能接收装置与地源热泵耦合应用产生的运行性能、加温效果、经济空间效益进行研究。结果表明:1)联合型供暖模式相比单一的热泵供暖模式,在秋冬季节典型晴天可提高供热量11.87~43.98 MJ,最大可提升夜间基质温度2.07℃;2)联合供暖系统中真空管水集热器-地源热泵联合供暖系统供热效果最佳,秋冬季典型晴天可供给热量516.30~818.68 MJ;3)联合型供暖模式可促进番茄植株的生长发育,最高可提升果实产量3.22%,增加生产收益3000元/hm^(2);4)相比单一热泵供暖模式,联合供暖系统的节能率可提高1.32%。综上,联合型供暖模式可在温室中推广应用。 In response to the low proportion of green energy utilization and waste of light resources in northern greenhouses,a combined greenhouse heating system was used in this study.The operating performance,heating effect and economic space benefit of the coupling application of solar receiving device and ground source heat pump were analyzed.The results show that:1)Compared with a single heat pump heating mode,the combined heating mode can increase the heating capacity by 11.87 to 43.98 MJ on typical sunny days in autumn and winter,and increase the nighttime substrate temperature by a maximum of 2.07℃;2)The vacuum tube water collector ground source heat pump combined heating system has the best heating effect in the combined heating system,and can provide heat of 516.30-818.68 MJ on typical sunny days in autumn and winter;3)The combined heating system can promote the growth and development of tomato plants,increase fruit yield by up to 3.22%,and increase production income by 3000 yuan/hm^(2);4)Compared to the single heat pump heating mode,the energysaving rate of the combined heating system has increased by 1.32%.Overall,the combined heating system in this study can be promoted and applied in greenhouses.
