摘要
排产算法的先进和优化程度是制造车间高效运行的基础,小批量离散制造车间的排产系统通常出现技术创新少、设备运行工序不合理、系统更新不及时、交货期能否按时完成等问题。从当前车间排产系统运用的主流排产算法出发,在分析国内外排产文献和研究现状的基础上,结合车间生产特点和实际案例,重点阐述6种主流智能排产算法的核心思想原理及应用特点,为后续车间排产系统的进一步研究提供理论支撑。最后,讨论了排产算法研究过程中需要注意的问题和方法,并对该领域未来发展前景进行展望。
The advanced and optimization degree of production scheduling algorithm is the basis of efficient operation of manufacturing workshop.The production scheduling system of small-batch discrete manufacturing workshop usually has problems such as less technical innovation,unreasonable equipment operation process,delayed system update,and whether the delivery date can be completed on time.Starting from the mainstream scheduling algorithms currently used in workshop scheduling systems,based on the analysis of domestic and international scheduling literature and the current research status,and in combination with the production characteristics and practical cases to focus on the core principles and application characteristics of six mainstream intelligent production scheduling algorithms.So as to provide theoretical support for further research on workshop scheduling system.Finally,the problems and methods that need attention in the research process of scheduling algorithm are discussed,and the future development prospect of this field is prospected.
