表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯影响3种典型有机磷农药在斑马鱼体内的分布与积累特征 被引量:1

Effects of EGCG on the characteristics of distribution and accumulation of selected organophosphorous pesticides in zebrafish

摘要 【目的】为探明表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯((-)-epigallocatechin gallate,EGCG)对有机磷农药(organophosphorus pesticides,OPs)在斑马鱼体内分布和积累的影响。【方法】选取敌敌畏(dichlorphos,DDVP)、毒死蜱(chlorpyrifos,CPF)和马拉硫磷(malathion,MAL)3种典型农药进行联合暴露试验,分析EGCG在斑马鱼鳃、肌肉及头部组织中对OPs分布权重、积累水平及消散动态的影响。研究采用了联合暴露技术,将斑马鱼暴露于不同浓度EGCG与OPs的混合环境中,通过生物样本采集和化学分析,测定斑马鱼不同组织(鳃、肌肉和头部)中OPs的浓度分布及其动态变化。【结果】EGCG改变了OPs的组织分布特征,特别是降低了OPs在头部的分布权重,降幅达到6%至32%,表明EGCG减少了OPs向头部的转运或积累。EGCG还显著降低了各组织中OPs的绝对浓度峰值及平均残留水平,具体表现为:3种农药在头部的蓄积系数降低了55.61%至71.71%;在鳃部,降低幅度为45.85%至74.56%;而在肌肉中,这一效应更为显著,降低率高达61.95%至93.42%。【结论】联合暴露的EGCG影响OPs在不同组织中的生物利用度,减少靶标酶的暴露量,对降低OP损伤机体起到重要作用。 [Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)on the distribution and accumulation of organophorus pesticides(OPs)in zebrafish.[Method]Three typical pesticides,dichrovos(DDVP),chlorpyrifos(CPF)and malathion(MAL),were selected for combined exposure experi-ments.The study analyzed EGCG's effects on the distribution weight,accumulation level and dissipating dynamics of OPs in the gill,muscle and head tissues of zebrafish.The combined exposure technique was used to expose zebrafish to a mixed environment with different concentrations of EGCG and OPs.The concentration distribution and dynamic changes of OPs in different tissues(gill,muscle and head)of Zebrafish were measured through bio-logical sample collection and chemical analysis.[Result]EGCG changed the tissue distribution characteristics of OPs,especially significantly reduced the distribution weight of OPs in the head by 6%to 32%,indicating that EGCG reduced the transport or accumulation of OPs to the head.EGCG also significantly reduced the absolute peak concentration and average residue level of OPs in each tissue,specifically:the accumulation coefficient of 3 pesticides in the head decreased by 55.61%to 71.71%;In the branchial area,the reduction range was 45.85%to 74.56%.In muscle,the effect was even more significant,with a reduction rate of 61.95%to 93.42%.[Conclu-sion]Combined exposure of EGCG affects the bioavailability of OPs in different tissues,reduces the exposure of target enzymes,and plays an important role in reducing the injury of OP.
