基于增压器改造的新型张拉机具研制

摘要 文章针对手动和气动矿用锚索张拉机具在煤矿井下使用过程中液压油流量小、工作效率低、故障率高、劳动强度大的问题,分析了碳纤维复合材料千斤顶和矿用增压器工作原理,提出一种基于增压器改造的新型张拉机具设计制造方法。从材料和工艺角度出发,介绍了新型张拉机具的研制方法,形成了产品设计方案。 In view of the problems of small hydraulic oil flow,low working efficiency,high failure rate and high labor intensity in the use of manual and pneumatic mining anchor cable tensioning equipment in underground coal mines,this paper analyzes the working principles of carbon fiber composite material jacks and mining boosters,and puts forward a kind of design and manufacturing method for new tensioning equipment based on booster modification.From the perspective of materials and processes,the development method of new tensioning equipment is introduced,and the product design scheme is formed.
