三江平原湿地土壤和地下水中有机碳的分布特征

摘要 以三江平原洪河湿地为研究区,对湿地范围内地下水、深层土壤剖面有机碳(SOC)分布特征和主要影响因素进行研究分析。结果表明:湿地通过淋滤作用进入地下水的有机碳有限。湿地地下水中总有机碳含量东部多西部少,其含量可能与上层有机碳的淋滤、外源有机碳的输入有关。深层土壤剖面有机碳垂向上呈先减小再增大的趋势分布,在P<0.05水平上显著相关,说明影响二者有机碳含量变化的因素一致。其含量与含水率(<35%)和土壤黏粒含量均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。总体上,实际的自然条件和人为活动等因素对深层有机碳的矿化作用及土壤的吸附作用产生一定影响,这些为分析深层有机碳含量变化提供重要依据,同时为进一步的分析有机碳的迁移转化和湿地退化奠定基础。 The distribution of organic carbon in groundwater and deep soil profile in Honghe wetland of Sanjiang Plain is studied.The results show that the organic carbon entering groundwater by wetland leaching is limited.The content of total organic carbon in groundwater of Honghe wetland is more in the east than in the west.The content of total organic carbon in wetland groundwater may be related to the leaching of upper organic carbon and the input of exogenous organic carbon.The vertical distribution of organic carbon in deep soil profile shows a trend of decreasing firstly and then increasing,which is significantly correlated at P<0.05 level.Its content is positively correlated with water content(<35%)and clay content(p<0.01).On the whole,the actual natural conditions and human activities have some influence on the mineralization of deep organic carbon and the sorption of soil,which provides an important basis for analyzing the change of deep organic carbon content.At the same time,it lays a foundation for further analysis of organic carbon transfer and degradation of wetlands.
