摘要
采用不同材料、不同孔径的滤膜对白酒进行过滤,对过滤前后白酒的过滤效果、金属元素、有机指标、感官以及稳定性进行对比。试验发现,20μm的不锈钢滤膜可以很好地过滤白酒中的杂质,其金属元素、有机指标、感官以及稳定性都符合要求,表明该不锈钢滤膜在白酒终端过滤领域有很大的应用前景。
In this experiment,filter membrane with different materials and pore diameters were used to filter Baijiu.The filtration effect,metal elements,organic indicators,sensory quality and stability of Baijiu before and after filtration were compared.The results showed that the 20μm stainless steel filter membrane could effectively remove the impurities in Baijiu,and the metal elements,organic indicators,sensory quality and stability all met the requirements.The stainless steel filter membrane has great application prospects in the field of Baijiu terminal filtration.
