摘要
目的 探究在小鼠食物蛋白过敏中应用药物治疗的效果。方法 选取100只大鼠进行研究,抽取10只为对照组,剩余90只均进行致敏模型构建,按照致敏药物分为卵清蛋白灌胃、β-乳球蛋白、α-酪蛋白灌胃各30只,分别选取各10只均进行孟鲁斯特钠、西替利嗪和甲强龙药物治疗,观察症状是否好转及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞的动态变化。结果 与对照组相比,模型组在致敏后出现明显过敏症状(P<0.05);与模型组相比,卵清蛋白致敏后,孟鲁斯特钠组症状改善情况优于西替利嗪组、甲强龙组(P<0.05);β-乳球蛋白致敏后,西替利嗪组症状改善情况优于甲强龙组、孟鲁斯特钠组(P<0.05);α-酪蛋白致敏后,甲强龙组症状改善情况优于孟鲁斯特钠组、西替利嗪组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,模型组嗜酸性粒细胞较高(P<0.05);卵清蛋白致敏后,孟鲁斯特钠组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞低于西替利嗪组、甲强龙组(P<0.05);β-乳球蛋白致敏后,西替利嗪组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞低于甲强龙组、西替利嗪组(P<0.05);α-酪蛋白致敏后,甲强龙组外周血嗜酸性粒细胞低于孟鲁斯特钠组、西替利嗪组(P<0.05)。结论 药物治疗在治疗小鼠食物蛋白过敏中具有显著疗效,能明显改善过敏症状与嗜酸性粒细胞,为临床治疗食物过敏提供了实验依据。
Objective Explore the effectiveness of drug therapy in treating food protein allergies in mice.Methods A total of 100 rats were selected for the study,with 10 as the control group and the remaining 90 for sensitization model construction.According to the sensitization drugs,30 rats were divided into ovalbumin gavage,30 rats were divided intoβ-lactoglobulin gavage,and 30 rats were divided intoα-casein gavage.Each of the 10 rats was treated with montelukast sodium,cetirizine,and methylprednisolone drugs to observe whether the symptoms improved and the dynamic changes of peripheral blood eosinophils.Results Compared with the control group,the model group showed significant allergic symptoms after sensitization(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the improvement of symptoms in the montelukast sodium group after sensitization with ovalbumin was better than that in the cetirizine group and methylprednisolone group(P<0.05).After sensitization toβ-lactoglobulin,the symptom improvement in the cetirizine group was better than that in the methylprednisolone group and the montelukast sodium group(P<0.05).After sensitization with alpha casein,the improvement of symptoms in the methylprednisolone group was better than that in the montelukast sodium group and cetirizine group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the model group had higher eosinophils(P<0.05).After sensitization with ovalbumin,the peripheral blood eosinophils in the montelukast sodium group were lower than those in the cetirizine group and methylprednisolone group(P<0.05).After sensitization withβ-lactoglobulin,the peripheral blood eosinophils in the cetirizine group were lower than those in the methylprednisolone group and cetirizine group(P<0.05).After sensitization with alpha casein,the peripheral blood eosinophils in the methylprednisolone group were lower than those in the montelukast sodium group and cetirizine group(P<0.05).Conclusions Drug therapy has significant therapeutic effects in treating food protein allergies in mice,and can significantly improve allergy symptoms and eosinophils,providing experimental evidence for clinical treatment of food allergies.
