摘要
随着航空制造产业向轻量化和高性能的方向转型,低成本碳纤维复合材料逐渐成为航空结构件的重要材料。碳纤维复合材料具有优异的力学性能、耐腐蚀性和重量轻的特点,但在生产过程中,胶接技术作为一种重要的连接方式,在保证结构强度和安全性的同时,其装备的精度控制成为了关键问题。为了有效降低成本并保证胶接质量,提出了一种面向航空制造产业转型的低成本碳纤维胶接装备精度控制技术。该技术通过优化装备的设计、精度控制算法及过程监控手段,提升了胶接装备的稳定性、可靠性和精度,满足了航空制造业对高精度、高效能、低成本胶接装备的需求。本文将探讨低成本碳纤维胶接装备的设计与精度控制技术,分析其对航空制造产业转型的支持作用,推动航空产业轻量化与高效生产目标的实现。
With the transformation of the aerospace manufacturing industry towards lightweight and high-performance directions,low-cost carbon fiber composite materials are gradually becoming essential for aerospace structural components.Carbon fiber composites have excellent mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,and lightweight characteristics.However,during production,bonding technology,as an important method of joining,faces the challenge of precision control in equipment while ensuring structural strength and safety.To effectively reduce costs and guarantee bonding quality,a low-cost carbon fiber bonding equipment precision control technology is proposed for the aerospace manufacturing industry's transformation.This technology optimizes the design of the equipment,precision control algorithms,and process monitoring techniques,enhancing the stability,reliability,and precision of the bonding equipment,meeting the demand for high-precision,high-performance,and low-cost bonding equipment in the aerospace manufacturing industry.This paper discusses the design and precision control technology of low-cost carbon fiber bonding equipment,analyzing its role in supporting the transformation of the aerospace manufacturing industry and promoting the realization of the aerospace industry's lightweight and efficient production goals.
