摘要
数字经济在促进共同富裕的道路上发挥着不可或缺的作用。文章利用2011—2022年中国省级面板数据,通过指标构建来测量数字经济发展水平与共同富裕程度,以构造理论模型为基础,运用固定效应模型实证,来探讨数字经济是如何赋能共同富裕的。研究发现:(1)数字经济发展能够有效提高共同富裕水平。(2)在机制分析中发现,数字经济赋能共同富裕,是通过劳动生产率提升、劳动参与度提高和人力资本优化三个方面来实现的。(3)进一步的异质性分析发现,数字经济的发展对东中西部地区的共同富裕水平都有明显推动作用,但是相较于东部和西部地区,在中部地区这种推动作用更强。(4)门槛检验表明,数字经济对共同富裕的影响效应存在着以政府治理水平为门槛的非线性关系。因此,应完善劳动力资源配置、健全劳动力市场、优化人力资本、加强数字政府建设、提高政府治理水平。
The digital economy plays an indispensable and crucial role in promoting common prosperity.This article uses provincial panel data from China from 2011 to 2022 to measure the level of digital economy development and the degree of common prosperity through indicator construction.Based on the theoretical model,a fixed effect model is used to empirically explore how the digital economy empowers common prosperity.The conclusion is as follows:(1)The development of digital economy can effectively improve the level of common prosperity.(2)In the mechanism analysis,it is found that the empowerment of the digital economy to common prosperity is achieved through three aspects:the improvement of labor productivity,the enhancement of labor participation,and the optimization of human capital.(3)Further heterogeneity analysis reveals that the development of the digital economy has a significant driving effect on the level of common prosperity in the eastern and central regions,but compared to the eastern and western regions,this driving effect is stronger in the central region.(4)The threshold test shows that there is a non-linear relationship between the impact of the digital economy on common prosperity,with the level of government governance as the threshold.In view of this,this article proposes policy recommendations to improve the allocation of labor resources,enhance the labor market,optimize human capital,strengthen the construction of digital government,and improve the level of government governance.
