摘要
研究分析了塞尺在汽车发动机故障检修中的应用,重点探索了塞尺在气门间隙、活塞环间隙、轴承间隙及配合面间隙测量中的具体应用方法和技术要求。通过实际案例分析,验证了塞尺在发动机故障诊断和维修质量控制中的重要作用。研究表明,规范的塞尺使用方法和标准化测量流程可显著提高故障诊断准确性和维修效果。所提研究为发动机维修技术人员提供了实用的塞尺应用指导,对提升发动机维修质量具有重要参考价值。
The paper analyzed the application of feeler gauges in the maintenance of automotive engine malfunctions,focusing on exploring the specific application methods and technical requirements of feelergauges in measuring valve clearance,piston ring clearance,bearing clearance,and mating surface clearance.Through practical case analysis,the important role of feeler gauges in engine fault diagnosis and maintenance quality control has been verified.Research has shown that standardized use of feeler gauges and standardized measurement processes can significantly improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis and maintenance effectiveness.The proposed research provides practical guidance for the application of feeler gauges for engine maintenance technicians,and has important reference value for improving the quality of engine maintenance.
