摘要
有砟轨道施工技术及质量控制是确保铁路工程顺利、稳定及安全运营的重要保障。文章以西芒杜矿山铁路施工为例,探讨了有砟轨道施工中道砟铺设、布枕作业和钢轨铺设三个主要施工环节的关键技术问题及质量控制方法。通过工后基桩控制网(CPⅢ)实地测量,西芒杜矿山铁路各项技术指标均符合标准设计要求,施工技术及控制方法取得了较好的施工效果。
ballast track construction technology and quality control are the important guarantee to ensure the smooth,stable and safe operation of railway engineering.Taking the construction of Simandou mine railway as an example,this paper discusses the key technical problems and qual-ity control methods of the three main construction links of ballast laying,sleeper laying and rail laying in ballast track construction.Through thefield measurement of post-con-struction pile control network(CPⅢ),the technical in-dexes of Simandou mine railway meet the standard design requirements,and the construction technology and control method have achieved good construction results.
