文章围绕上海市闵行区莘庄镇古美北社区S11-0501单元32-02地块项目的钢结构吊装施工技术进行深入探讨,内容涉及甲壳梁、甲壳柱、钢次梁和钢筋桁架楼承板的安装,以及焊接技术的重难点分析,识别施工过程中面临的质量风险,包括构件变形、安装精度和连接质量控制等,提出相应的安全管理与质量管理措施,强调质量检验、技术交底、施工培训等环节的重要性,旨在为今后钢结构吊装施工提供技术指导与参考。
This paper discusses in depth the steel structure hoisting construction technology for project of plot 32-02,unit S11-0501 in Gumei North Community,Xinzhuang Town,Minhang District,Shanghai.The content involves the installation of carapace beam,carapace column,steel secondary beam and steel bar truss floor bearing plate,as well as the analysis of the key and difficult points of welding technology.The quality risks faced in the pro-cess of construction are identified,including component deformation,installation accuracy and connection quality control.The corresponding safety management and qual-ity management measures are put forward,emphasizing the importance of quality inspection,technical disclosure,construction training,etc.,aiming to provide technical guidance and reference for steel structure hoisting con-struction in the future.
