阴道分泌物六联检联合白带常规检查在阴道炎诊断中的临床应用

摘要 目的:探讨阴道分泌物六联检联合白带常规检查在妇科检查中的应用情况。方法:选取2023年1—9月郑州大桥医院收治的320例妇科疾病患者作为研究对象,所有患者均进行阴道分泌物六联检法和白带常规检查清洁度、白细胞、滴虫、霉菌、细菌性阴道炎(BV)等项目,对两种检查方式分别检测及联合检测的结果进行对比。结果:320例样本阴道微生态状况显示,滴虫性阴道炎、BV、霉菌性阴道炎、其他阴道炎六联检法检出率分别为3.75%、10.00%、12.81%、51.88%,异常检出率为78.44%;白带常规检查法检出率分别为4.06%、12.81%、10.31%、48.44%,异常检出率为75.63%;联合检测法检出率分别为7.50%、16.56%、17.50%、47.19%,异常检出率为88.75%。结论:单纯一种检测方式对于阴道炎患者的诊断,不能完全保证准确率。而通过将六联检法与白带常规检查结合则能够很好地解决这一问题,保障诊断的检出率和准确性。 Objective:To explore the application of combined vaginal discharge and leucorrhea examination in gynecology.Methods:A total of 320 patients with gynecological diseases admitted to the hospital from January to September 2023 were selected,and six tests of vaginal secretions and leucorrhea routine examination cleanliness,white blood cells,Trichomonas,mold,bacterial vaginitis,etc.were conducted on all patients.The results of the two methods of detection and combined detection were compared.Results:The detection rates of trichomoniasis,bacterial vaginitis and mycotic vaginitis were 3.75%,10.00%,12.81%and 51.88%respectively.The detection rate of abnormal was 78.44%.The detection rate of routine microscopy was 4.06%,12.81%,10.31%and 48.44%.The detection rate of abnormal was 75.63%.The detection rate of combined detection was 7.50%,16.56%,17.50%and 47.19%,respectively.The abnormal detection rate was 88.75%.Conclusion:A simple detection method for the diagnosis of vaginitis patients can not fully guarantee the accuracy.However,the combination of six tests of vaginal secretions and routine microscopy can solve this problem,and ensure the detection rate and accuracy of the diagnosis.
