摘要
目的:探讨全程优质干预联合健康教育临床路径在改善痔疮患者肛肠动力学指标及生活质量中的效果.方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月期间在本院接受痔疮手术治疗患者102例作为研究对象.依照护理方案,将其分为观察组(n=51,采取全程优质干预联合健康教育临床路径护理)和对照组(n=51,采取常规护理).比较两组患者干预前后肛肠动力学指标变化情况、生活质量、疼痛评分及并发症发生率.结果:干预后,观察组患者的肛管静息压和直肠肛管压力梯度均高于对照组,直肠感觉阈值、排便感觉阈值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组患者术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后,观察组患者视觉模拟评分表(VAS)评分低于对照组,生活质量评价量表(SF-36)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:全程优质干预联合健康教育临床路径改善痔疮患者肛肠动力学指标的效果良好,提高了患者生活质量.
Objective:To explore the effect of whole-course high-quality intervention combined with health education clinical pathway on improving anorectal dynamics index and quality of life in patients with hemorrhoids.Methods:A total of 102 patients who underwent hemorrhoids surgery in our hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.According to the nursing plan,they were divided into observation group(n=51,received whole-course high-quality intervention combined with health education clinical pathway nursing)and control group(n=51,received routine nursing).The changes of anorectal dynamics indexes,quality of life,pain score and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the resting pressure and pressure gradient of the anal canal in observation group were higher than those in control group,while the rectal sensation threshold and defecation sensation threshold were lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the short form 36-item health survey(SF-36)scale score was higher than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The whole-course high-quality intervention combined with health education clinical pathway has a good effect on improving the anorectal dynamics index of hemorrhoids patients and improving the quality of life.
