摘要
本文从专精特新背景出发,梳理了目前中小型食品企业发展现状,从技术创新、市场竞争、资源获取层面总结了中小型食品企业发展的困境;聚焦于技术创新、市场重构与生态协同三大维度,契合中小型食品企业特点,提出了“战略锚定-要素整合-价值跃迁”的企业发展思路,为中小型食品企业可持续发展提供参考建议。
Based on the new background of specialization,this paper combs the current development status of small and medium-sized food enterprises,and summarizes the development difficulties of small and medium-sized food enterprises from the aspects of technological innovation,market competition and resource acquisition.Focusing on the three dimensions of technological innovation,market reconstruction and ecological synergy,this paper puts forward the enterprise development idea of"strategic anchoring-factor integration-value transition"in line with the characteristics of small and medium-sized food enterprises,and provides reference suggestions for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized food enterprises.
