通过探讨基于可持续发展理念下绿色金融助力现代海洋牧场发展现状、问题及模式,对创新绿色金融助力海洋牧场发展新途径进行策略分析,引导金融机构加大对海洋产业、海洋生态的金融创新和金融支持,对推动海洋牧场建设及蓝色产业发展的经济与生态良性循环,走生态良好文明发展道路,促进我国绿色金融助力海洋经济可持续发展提供参考性意见。
It guides financial institutions to enhance financial innovation and support for marine industries and marine ecology,aiming to promote the economic and ecological virtuous cycle of marine ranching construction and blue industry development,embark on a path of ecologically sound and civilized development,and provide reference opinions for promoting the sustainable development of China's green finance in supporting the marine economy.
