摘要
研究旨在鉴定新疆某规模化安格斯肉牛牧场中母牛乳房炎的主要病原菌,并评估其耐药性,为该牧场制定有效的乳房炎防控措施提供科学依据。无菌采集患病牛乳汁样本,通过常规微生物学方法和分子生物学技术对病原菌进行分离鉴定,并开展药敏试验以评估其耐药性。鉴定结果显示,21份乳房炎样本中有19份检出大肠杆菌。药敏试验表明,19株大肠杆菌对链霉素的耐药率最高,达到42.10%,对青霉素和氨苄西林的耐药率为36.84%。对四环素的敏感性为73.68%,而对头孢噻肟和万古霉素的敏感性最高,为84.21%。此外,多数菌株呈现多重耐药性。本研究明确了该牧场乳房炎的主要病原菌为大肠杆菌,提出科学合理的防控措施,为该牧场的防治及健康养殖提供参考依据。
The aim of this study was to identify the main pathogens of cow mastitis in a large-scale Angus beef cattle ranch in Xinjiang,and to evaluate their drug resistance,so as to provide scientific basis for formulating effective mastitis prevention and control strategies for this ranch.Samples of diseased cow milk were collected aseptically,the pathogenic bacteria were isolated and identified by conventional microbiological methods and molecular biological techniques,and drug susceptibility tests were carried out to evaluate their drug resistance.The results showed that 19 of the 21 mastitis samples were positive for E.coli.The drug susceptibility test showed that the resistance rate of 19 E.coli strains to streptomycin was the highest,reaching 42.10%,and the resistance rate to penicillin and ampicillin was 36.84%.The sensitivity to tetracycline was 73.68%,while the sensitivity to cefotaxime and vancomycin was the highest(84.21%).In addition,most strains showed multidrug resistance.In this study,Escherichia coli was identified as the main pathogen of mastitis in this pasture,and scientific and reasonable prevention and control measures were proposed to provide reference for the prevention and control of this pasture and healthy breeding.
