摘要
家禽养殖业发展中,家禽育种是提高家禽品质的关键。分子标记技术是一种新型的辅助育种技术,具备快速、精准、高效等优点,被广泛应用到家禽育种领域,能够起到基因定位、辅助选择、辅助导入的效果,提高受体群目标性状的同时,尽可能保留其原有的遗传背景,搭配转基因技术的情况下,还可以依照市场需求,创造出全新的家禽品种。该文结合分子标记技术的内涵,探讨分子标记辅助育种的原理,并对家禽育种中分子标记技术的应用进行探究。
In the development of the poultry farming industry,poultry breeding is the key to improving the quality of poultry.Molecular marker technology is a new type of assisted breeding technology,which has the advantages of rapidity,accuracy and efficiency.It has been widely applied in the field of poultry breeding and can play a role in gene localization,assisted selection and assisted introduction.While improving the target traits of the receptor population,it can also retain their original genetic background as much as possible.When combined with transgenic technology,it can also be adjusted according to market demand.Create brand-new poultry breeds.This article,in combination with the connotation of molecular marker technology,explores the principle and role of molecular marker-assisted breeding,and investigates the application of molecular marker technology in poultry breeding.
